Hey yall,

Hope you have been having a blessed day.  So you know I wore my hair out yesterday.  I fell asleep without washing it so this morning was overwhelming.  I had to wash, braid and sew my weave cap back on.  I was too cute today though.  I know you see me with my hair different every few days, it because I wear a lot of caps (that I make myself).  The cap I have on today, I have had since Aug 2012 and it still looks so nice  You should definitely try it, my weave last alot longer and its FIERCE! Just don't get into a fight.... LOL.

By the way congraduations to Candice Glover..... for winning American Idol 2013

Hope your day is as lovely as you are....I have been doing a lot of hair soul searching and I recently cut alot of my hair off because I did not like the way it was growing.  I love my weaves and wigs but I am all about taking care of my natural hair.  I have been feeling very insecure about how slow its been growing since I cut it and I have not found any one on planet FarAwayLand that can really treat my hair (the way "she" deserves to be treated).  Today I have to run out so I decided to ditch my wig and let my nappy blow in the wind.  It felt good.  I just can not wait till I am all the way comfortable with my length.  Do you have any hair tips for me?

Happy hump day,

Hows today going...?  Remember when I told you guys I had a large paper to write well guess what I got 100% on it.  I was so very excited because even though I procrastinated, I worked very hard on it.  Hard work pays off.

So I spent the day out and it was a long day.  I just threw something on but it turned out well.

Is it Friday yet?  Well I wish it was.  How was your Mothers Day.  I spent my day burning up an amazing meal for my family.  (lol, I'm joking - I can cook..... So I've been told).  It was a great day filled with laugher and love.

 I had dinner with my girls and this is what I wore.  I love this BCBG dress, this was my second time wearing it and its just as simple and beautiful as ever.  I love BCBG.  It is literally my 'go to' brand.  Everything they make fits me so well.... You should give it a try.
