Didn't want to wake up this morning but I rolled over and got dressed (with my eyes closed) and headed to my workout. I am not big into working out because of the stigma behind it. I walk into a gym and see all these machines not knowing where to start. So I joined a wellness club and I am loving every bit of it. I workout six days a week and eat very well (with a little cheat once a week) I am trying to make this workout thing a life style.
Here are a couple of apps that help with my workout:
I have fairly large breast for my frame so to find a proper sports bra was top priority. I realized that wearing appropriate undergarments made my workout so productive because I am no longer focused on how much I am moving and SHAKING. No BUENO!!!!!

When I first wore tried on these pants they are so tight but the size up were too big but now they fit perfectly. ALL thanks to my workout and diet.
